  • During these confusing times dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, the University of Ottawa is offering virtual wellness initiatives. This includes activities such as virtual yoga and fitness classes. You can access these resources below:

PET THERAPY

The Student Academic Success Service (SASS) and Health Promotion (UOHS) offers an animal therapy program for University of Ottawa students. This initiative allows individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, living through difficult or stressful situations to spend time with therapy dogs who come to provide support on campus.
